Flow cytometry

Anti-Rt CD28 PE,JJ319

特異性

The mouse monoclonal antibody JJ319 recognizes rat CD28 antigen, a disulfide-linked homodimeric type I glycoprotein (monomer of Mw 44 kDa) which is a critical costimulatory receptor of T cells.

抗原情報

CD28 is the critical T cell costimulatory receptor which provides to the cell the important second activation signal by binding CD80 and CD86 that are expressed by antigen presenting cells. Besides its costimulation role CD28 functions in preventing T cells from anergic hyporesponsive state or from undergoing premature apoptotic cell death. Its analog CTLA-4, expressed on the surface of activated T cells, has higher affinity to CD80 and CD86 than CD28 and downregulates T cell activity.

利用方法

The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.

保存方法

Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.

安定性情報

Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.
