特異性

The mouse monoclonal antibody 5A6G7 was generated to a peptide corresponding to C-intron 4-encoded sequence. This antibody does not crossreact with the full-length HLA-G1 isoform and thus allow to distinguish between secreted HLA-G5 and HLA-G6 isoforms from shedded HLA-G1.

利用方法

The reagent is designed for indirect immunofluorescence analysis by Flow Cytometry and for Western blotting, ELISA and Immunocytochemistry. Suggested working usage is 1 µg/ml (for Western blotting). Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product, but working concentrations should be validated by the investigator.

保存方法

Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
