特異性

The mouse monoclonal antibody B2M-01 recognizes β2-microglobulin associated with cell-surface MHC Class I molecules and other membrane antigens as well as with soluble β2-microglobulin. β2-microglobulin is a 12 kDa Ig like glycoprotein expressed on lymphocytes, thymocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, platelets, endothelial cells and epithelial cells. It is absent on erythrocytes.

β2-microglobulin (β2M) non-covalently associates with the 44 kDa α chain to forms the HLA Class I antigen complex. Human β2-microglobulin associated with HLA Class I antigens is expressed on many types of cells including lymphocytes, thymocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, platelets, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells. It is absent on erythrocytes.

利用方法

The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells. Recommended usage is 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10^6 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.

保存方法

Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
